Not bad

The lounge itself is modern and decent, but it is almost always quite crowded. The food is rather mediocre. We would normally give this Two Planes, but frequent and incessant crowding brings it down to One Plane.

Permanently closed on October 1

Asiana closed its East Business Lounge in Terminal 1 and directed eligible travelers to its Central lounge near Gate 26 and West lounge near Gate 42. The announcement did not give a specific reason for closing the East facility.
