Our take: MATINA has good food, but expect crowds
- Priority Pass: MATINA is a good food stop in either terminal, though often busy. Terminal 1’s East and West lounges have unusually good buffets; Terminal 2’s MATINA beats Lounge L for food, but feels busy and impersonal.
- Terminal 1 airline options: SilverKris has great food and is worth considering over Asiana if you qualify. Check its limited hours when not flying Singapore Airlines. The modern oneworld Lounge is also worth a stop.
- Asiana: The Central and West lounges get very crowded, with average food at West. East is permanently closed; West’s planned Star Alliance transition has no announced date.
- Terminal 2 Korean Air: The Prestige lounges are disappointing for a flagship airport. East Left is generally quieter than West. The Miler Club has better food than Prestige, but confirm eligibility before heading there.
