The Infinity and The Star lounges are colocated - business class passengers use The Infinity, while Star Alliance Gold elites use The Star. The two lounges are roughly equivalent - if you have access to both, I would generally very slightly prefer The Infinity side, but marginally. Go with whichever side is emptier.

This lounge features
Self-serve buffet in the center of the lounge. Breakfast items include salad bar, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, ham and pineapple, pancakes, macaroni, yogurt, and breads.
Self-serve Haagen-Dazs ice cream is available in addition to the buffet.
Self-serve beer, wine, and spirits are available. No Champagne or sparkling wine was noted in the source review.
Shower suites are available on request at the front desk in exchange for a shower key. Posted guidance asks guests to limit shower use to 20 minutes. Amenities include slippers, dental kit, comb, shower pad, and cotton pads.
