Inside the Departure/Transit Hall, 3rd Floor. After immigration, turn left and head up escalators or lift near Cosmetics and Perfumes by Shilla Duty Free. Go down the corridor to the left past the SATS Premier Lounge, DBS Treasures Lounge, and Singapore Airlines Krisflyer Gold Lounge.
