Turkish Airlines Lounge
Good choice
This is a solid and very nice lounge. It's a little bit further away from most gates since it's in Satellite 4, but if you have the time, it's worth the trek. Food options here tend to expand beyond the typical Japanese noodles and curries you'll find at most other airline lounges at Narita. Showers are nice as well.
