This is an extraordinarily mediocre Admirals Club. It's also far from gates unless you are leaving from the midfield concourse. It's a shame that AA did not update this lounge as the Premium Lounges are excellent here at JFK. If you have access to those, use them instead.

Light snacks such as cookies, brownies, and Rice Krispie squares are available.
Admirals Clubs feature free house beer, wine, and basic cocktails (with a signature cocktail option); premium drinks and cocktails cost around $10.
Two private booths available for making phone calls or working quietly.
