American Airlines Admirals Club (E Gates)

Good choice

This lounge is one of the best Admirals Clubs in the system and is well worth the visit. DCA isn't a huge airport but it's worth the trek to come here over the other Admirals Clubs. The design is fantastic and very relaxing. Since it's tucked out of the way a bit, it's also usually quiet.

    People say the lox bagels here are especially good. Look for smoked salmon at the breakfast buffet.

  • Guacamole can appear at breakfast

    Check the main dining area for the made-to-order guacamole station in the morning. It has served fresh guacamole as early as 8 a.m.
